I didn't use the hotel, but the restaurant has excellent food and beer.

We were in this house in "Corona times". Hospitality, service and support leave nothing to be desired. Everything was successful, we will definitely be back.

Well A bit old rooms. It's okay for 1 night in between.

The rooms are not the most modern in terms of equipment, but very, very clean. We slept great. The owners are very friendly and always have a nice word to say. The rich and varied breakfast deserves a special mention. Nothing is counted here and if something is missing, a brief note to the owner is sufficient. We always enjoyed dinner very much. My wife's gluten intolerance was not a problem at all for the kitchen, you noticed that all the dishes here were prepared with a love of cooking. (The lemon wedges for trout, for example, were served without the shell). It was a successful short break for us and we will happily recommend the Niedersachsenhof in Behringen. The restaurant is not recommended on Sundays. After waiting 20 minutes, we were still not served, although a service staff came and went several times. We then left without having eaten anything.

Very nice hosts, clean and cozy rooms, really delicious food! A successful stop on the way home from vacation. No problem even with 2 dogs. 👍😊

We ate very well here and stayed very well. This hotel is an insider tip for an overnight stay near Heide Park Soltau. Very good food at reasonable prices, impeccable rooms and very friendly staff, free parking. Very, very recommendable!

After our vacation in Denmark we were allowed to stop and stay for 1 night with our 2 dogs! Right from the start you felt very welcome, well looked after and looked after. The couple who own the hotel and restaurant are warm, competent and friendly. Both look after their guests very professionally with lots of charm and goodies! The perfectly furnished, very clean and hygienically perfect hotel room rounded off our last day of vacation perfectly! Thank you so much! A quiet house with the charm of bygone days. You have to experience it to understand it. The kitchen is sensationally good. The cook is a master of his trade. As the food becomes an unexpected highlight. The hosts are the perfect hosts.

Nice hotel in a quiet location, with great friendly hosts. Kitchen top, breakfast is delicious with fresh sausages from the butcher. Delicious beer 🍻 😋. We were happy to be there!

For a short visit to the Lüneburg Heath okay. The decor of the rooms was a bit old. One feels transported back to the sixties. The kitchen is good and the staff is very helpful.

An ideal place for a stopover on the way to the north, because located directly on the motorway exit Bispingen, but also for a short break in the Lüneburg Heath (directly on the nature reserve). A very friendly host couple strives for the guests. The menu is manageable, but everything is freshly prepared and special requests are gladly taken into account. The small breakfast buffet offers a good selection of local sausages. The breakfast must be booked extra! The price-performance ratio is very good, but you have to like the charm of the 80s. Free Wi-Fi is available everywhere with good signal strength. The hotel is not suitable for the disabled.

A small hostel / hotel that does not look at the booking sites and yet ... A warm welcome by a lovely owner. The food in the restaurant is delicious and the breakfast very good too. The rooms deserve a facelift but it does not impact the stay so far. If you are looking for typical and change of scenery, good address insured!

As a restaurant it was really very cozy but as a hotel a cheek. The walls seem to be made of paper. You can hear every word from the next room. And it gets really bad when a couple in love caresses each other in the next room. You can hear every word there. That was extremely annoying. In addition, the carpet was very grumpy. When I then complained while paying about the detailed compulsory participation in the neighborly act of love, I received the answer "yes, it's an old building". No, it has relatively little to do with that. That is extremely bad insulation! And that was the worst night in a hotel I have ever experienced. In addition, no WiFi, no TV and breakfast you have to pay separately. I will never go there again and can only advise everyone to take 10 euros more into their hands for an overnight stay. But I can't do everything badly. The boss is actually very nice and the restaurant is really super cozy. But really not to be recommended as a hotel.

This is a wonderful German Guesthouse. Fantastic setting, extremely clean, fabulous service and amazing food. An absolute gem. Will be returning.
